Greg Hudson, MD, is a very blessed husband, father and longtime pediatrician with over three decades of experience in primary care pediatrics. For the past 34 years he has served families in rural southern Ohio and northeastern Kentucky.Â
Dr. Hudson and his wife Jan have been married for 43 years and are the proud parents of seven children: Nathan, Rachel, Daniel, Samuel, Matthew, Josiah and Anna. Five of their children are physicians, one is a pediatric nurse practitioner and one is an attorney. They have also been blessed with fifteen grandchildren.
Above all, Dr. Hudson identifies as a follower of Jesus Christ. He acknowledges his imperfections and seeks to live and practice medicine by grace and faith.

Christ Care Pediatrics is a primary care pediatric practice and rural health clinic located in South Shore, Kentucky for the past 18 years and in Portsmouth, Ohio for 16 years prior to that. Dr. Greg Hudson, the founding pediatrician, continues to enjoy the practice of pediatrics and he has since been joined by his pediatric nurse practitioner daughter Rachel Hudson and a good friend and also a pediatric nurse practitioner Andrew Ruggles. Two of Rachel’s younger brothers are also pediatricians, and both of them, Samuel Hudson, MD and Matthew Hudson, MD have joined the practice over the past three years.
