Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues, we offer the following options: refund or replacement of the product sold. To initiate any of these options, please notify us via email at cs@prodrome.com of defects or issues within 14 days of receiving your order; otherwise, the product is deemed satisfactory.

For refunds or replacements, please return all received products within 15 days. Unopened or unused products ordered in error are eligible for exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns that are not due to an error on our part, a restocking fee will apply. This includes cases where a customer decides they no longer want the product. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund once the product has been successfully returned and inspected by our Quality Assurance team.

Please note that all supplement purchases made during promotional events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other major sales, are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders placed using a sales coupon code are also final and not eligible for standard returns.

Exceptions: Customer Service may review and make an exception if the product arrives damaged or has other issues affecting its quality. Standard returns for change of mind or other reasons will not be accepted.
