If there is an issue with quality of product, we may refund, replace, or discount the product sold. You must notify us of any defects or issues within 5 days of receiving the product, failing which you are deemed satisfied with the product. Where refund or replacement is appropriate, you must first return all product received within 15 days. Unopened or unused products that were ordered in error are eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
