Shipping Policy
Prodrome does NOT ship to: Brazil, China, Croatia, Germany, Mexico, Portugal, Spain or Thailand.
Please note that all shipping turnaround times are estimates. All in-stock orders received will ship in 3-7 business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward these business days. Our products are produced in small batches; if they are not in stock, they will ship in 2-12 weeks. International shipping is available for a fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping/delivery charges (unless otherwise noted during checkout), customs clearance fees, duties and taxes for the initial order and subsequent orders. Unopened or unused products ordered in error are eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Most orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that UPS operates independently from Prodrome Science, and once a package leaves our facility, it is under the care and control of UPS.
For inquiries regarding delivery status, address changes, estimated delivery dates, or expedited delivery requests, please contact UPS Customer Service directly.
Prodrome Science will assist if a package becomes delayed in customs or requires documentation from our team. We are committed to customer satisfaction, and if UPS has lost your package or delivered it to the incorrect address, please file a claim with UPS first, then contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Prodrome shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. PRODROME ASSUMES NO MONETARY LIABILITY TO ERRORS, DELAYS OR DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER PRODUCTS AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING; AS DAMAGES ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COURIER OR COMPANY FULFILLING THE DELIVERY. IN THE EVENT THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES DAMAGED PRODUCTS, PRODROME WILL ASSIST THE CUSTOMER IN OPENING AN INVESTIGATION TO CLAIM DAMAGES AND COMPENSATION FROM THE RESPECTIVE SHIPPING COMPANY AND INITIATE A RESOLUTION.
