Dr. Willingham is board-certified in Internal Medicine and completed his medical degree and internal medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
He has experience in hospital and nursing home settings in the South Florida region and was the founder of Better Me Healthcare in West Palm Beach, a traditional primary care office. His passion for health optimization led him to pursue further education in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, genetic testing, and plasmalogens.
